Reminders

My reminders don't arrive

1. In Clearstack, open Settings and check that Reminders is on. The line under it says how many are scheduled and when the next one is.
2. Tap Send a test reminder and lock your phone. It should arrive in about 5 seconds.
3. If it doesn't, open iOS Settings > Notifications > Clearstack and allow notifications. Also check that a Focus mode isn't silencing them.

iOS limits how many reminders an app can schedule ahead, so Clearstack schedules the next few days at a time and tops them up each time you open it. Open the app at least every few days to keep them flowing.

Why does the lock screen say "Item due"?

For privacy, names are hidden on the lock screen by default. Turn on Names on lock screen in Settings to show them.

Backups and your data

Where is my data?

Only on your iPhone. There's no account and no cloud copy, so we can't recover it for you.

How do I back up?

Settings > Export CSV (opens in spreadsheets) or Export JSON, then save the file to Files, iCloud Drive or wherever you like. Export files aren't encrypted.

I got a new phone

Data moves with an iPhone-to-iPhone transfer or an encrypted device backup restore. Importing an export file into the app isn't available yet.

How do I delete everything?

Settings > Delete all data. This can't be undone. Deleting the app also deletes its data.

How do I restore my purchase?

Settings > Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with.

How do I cancel?

iOS Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Clearstack, or Settings > Manage subscription in the app. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged for the next period.

Refunds

Apple handles billing, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

The library

Why is a profile hidden?

Every profile shows when it was last reviewed. If a profile isn't reviewed yet, or is past its review date, its evidence and status are hidden until it's reviewed again, so you never read stale information as current.

What does "Listed, not profiled yet" mean?

Most library entries are names from the NIH Dietary Supplement Label Database, or peptide listings, with links to public sources such as NIH, FDA, PubMed and ClinicalTrials.gov. We haven't written or reviewed a profile for them yet, so they show no evidence summary.

What do the peptide tags mean?

Rx: an FDA-approved prescription medicine. In trials: being tested, not approved in the US. Not approved: no FDA-approved product is on the US market. Cosmetic: a skin-care ingredient. The tags describe US regulatory status only. They aren't a recommendation, and Clearstack never suggests doses or sources.

Can you add a compound?

Email us with the name and a public source, and we'll look at adding it.
